WHY THIS IS NEEDED: This walkthrough was created to help employees streamline their time-off request process using the Workday app within Microsoft Teams. Instead of navigating through multiple platforms like Okta and Workday, users can now submit PTO, view scheduled tasks, and look up coworkers directly within Teams. The training simplifies the process, reduces unnecessary clicks, and improves overall efficiency by demonstrating how to install, access, and pin the Workday app for easy use.

This walkthrough provides a clear, step-by-step guide on how to sign up for Patreon, covering key aspects such as entering payment details, selecting membership tiers, and navigating Patreon’s settings. The video ensures that users can easily follow along to complete their signup process with minimal confusion, making Patreon more accessible.

It covers the importance of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) in the workplace, comparing EQ vs. IQ, communication styles, leadership impact, and actionable steps to improve EQ.
